What does your government job mean?
President- The President is in controll of all of the government and all of the army. The President can sign a declaration of war ( a declaration of war is a post on the home page saying what army AND why he/she wants to declare war on that army). The President also vetoes or passes a bill for it to become law or not. If ANY government position is to retire from the army or just from the government, the President gets to appoint someone to that government position. The President is the ONLY PERSON who can fire someone from a government position and/or the army.
Vice President- The Vice President helps the President. He/she advises the President on ALL decisions, including if the President has to pass or veto a bill for it can become law or not. The Vice President also can vote in the congress and/or senate IF THERE IS A TIE VOTE. The Vice President also is in charge of the army if the President is away. Lastly, if the President is to retire, the Vice President would take the office of President.
Chief Justice- The Chief Justice is VERY IMPORTANT. If there is any arguments in our army chat, and someone wants to take someone to court, the Chief Justice will be in charge of settling the dispute. He will also determine the punishment, if any. Also, if someone in the government, or just a regular soldier, in any way has a scandal, or anything to discrase the Silver Warriors army, the Chief Justice will determine their punishment, if any.
Ambassador-An Ambassador is a very important job to any Club Penguin army. An Ambassador represents our army to other armies. If there is a negotiation, the President will send the Ambassador to represent the army. Also, if there is a truce during a war, or terms if we lose or win a war, the Ambassador will represent our army.
Governors- Governors are in charge of a server. A Governor can only be Governor of ONE server. If an army attacks a server, the Governor has a BIG say in what he/she wants to do, although the President makes the final decision. The Governor can order people to patrol the server. The President can also order people to patrol the server.
Speaker of the House (AKA head congressman/congresswoman)- The Speaker of the House is basically the same as the President pro tempore of the Senate. He/she is kind of like the President of the congress. He/she also votes on a proposal and if it passes, he/she tells the President.
Congress- The congress votes on a proposal IF it passes in the Senate. Just like the Senate, the congress states what the people want the most and then argue or support the proposal. Then they vote on it. IF there is a tie, the Vice President breaks the tie. IF it passes, then the President will either veto or pass it. If it is vetoed, it will take ALL of the Senate AND congress to overturn the veto.
President pro tempore of the Senate (AKA Head Senator)- He/she is the head Senator (kind of like the President of the Senate). He/she directs what’s going on in the Senate. He/she is also in charge of stopping arguments between senators. After the Senate votes ( the President pro tempore of the Senate also votes), he/she tells the outcome of the vote to the Speaker of the House and the President.
Senators- Senators represent the people of Silver Warriors. When laws are proposed, they state what the people would want the most. Then, they argue or support that proposal. After they’re all done saying what they wanted to, it’s time to vote. IF there is a tie, the Vice President breaks the tie. IF it passes, the congress will then vote on it.

5: Government
This is how our government works. We have a President who is elected every four (4) months. After someone is elected President they pick their Vice President. After the President and Vice President, we have the Speaker of the House, AKA Head congressman/congresswoman. That person is elected every two (2) months. Next is the congress and they are also elected every two (2) months. Then we have the President pro tempore of the Senate. That person is elected every six (6) months. Last, but not least we have the senate, and they are also elected every six (6) months.
Note: For the first time, these positions will be appointed by 381nascar.
How does an idea become a vote ? An idea becomes a vote by ANYONE (people and government) commenting on this page saying they want the government to vote on this idea.
What happens when there is a vote ? If there is a vote, the congress is the first to vote on it (including the Speaker of the House). IF there is a tie, the Vice President breaks the tie. IF it DOES NOT pass, the vote stops right there. IF it passes, then the senate will vote on it (including the President pro tempore of the Senate). IF there is a tie, the Vice President breaks the tie. IF it DOES NOT pass, the vote stops right there. IF it passes, then the President can pass it. IF the President passes it, it becomes a law, etc. If the President vetoes it, then it will take EVERY congressman/congresswoman (including the Speaker of the House) to overturn the veto, and then it is passed.
If a vote DOES NOT pass can we vote on it again ? If a vote DOES NOT pass, you have to wait at least two (2) weeks for someone to propose it again.
